Effective January 1, 2017, Dan Rhoads will retire from Ellwood Engineered Castings (EEC), Hubbard, Ohio. On November 1, 2016, Dan will step into an EGI Executive Vice President role, reporting to the COO, until his retirement in January.

Dan joined EEC as President in March 2008 and during his 8 ½ year tenure was responsible for significant improvements at EEC. Prior to joining Ellwood, Dan managed operations at Kaiser Aluminum, Steere Enterprises, and Grede Foundry, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas.
